Surah Baqarah Verse 104 (2:104)

2:104•The Cow

Script:

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَقُولُوا۟ رَٰعِنَا وَقُولُوا۟ ٱنظُرْنَا وَٱسْمَعُوا۟ ۗ وَلِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Translations

Al-Hilali & Khan

O you who believe! Say not (to the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم) Râ‘ina <sup foot_note=254587>1</sup> but say Unzurna (make us understand) and hear. And for the disbelievers there is a painful torment. (See Verse 4:46)

اے ایمان والو! تم (نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو) “راعنا” نہ کہا کرو، بلکہ “انظرنا” کہو<sup foot_note=294380>1</sup> یعنی ہماری طرف دیکھئے اور سنتے رہا کرو اور کافروں کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے
