Surah Baqarah Verse 13 (2:13)

2:13•The Cow

Script:

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ ءَامِنُوا۟ كَمَآ ءَامَنَ ٱلنَّاسُ قَالُوٓا۟ أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَآ ءَامَنَ ٱلسُّفَهَآءُ ۗ أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ ٱلسُّفَهَآءُ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ

Translations

Al-Hilali & Khan

And when it is said to them (hypocrites): "Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, Al-Ansâr and Al-Muhajirûn) have believed," they say: "Shall we believe as the fools have believed?" Verily, they are the fools, but they know not.

Maulana Muhammad Junagarhi

اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اور لوگوں (یعنی صحابہ) کی طرح تم بھی ایمان لاؤ تو جواب دیتے ہیں کہ کیا ہم ایسا ایمان ﻻئیں جیسا بیوقوف ﻻئے ہیں<sup foot_note=294232>1</sup> ، خبردار ہوجاؤ! یقیناً یہی بیوقوف ہیں، لیکن جانتے نہیں۔<sup foot_note=294233>2</sup>
