Surah Baqarah Verse 191 (2:191)

And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah <sup foot_note=254639>1</sup> is worse than killing. And fight not with them at Al-Masjid-Al-Harâm (the sanctuary at Makkah),<sup foot_note=254638>2</sup> unless they (first) fight you there. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.

انہیں مارو جہاں بھی پاؤ اور انہیں نکالو جہاں سے انہوں نے تمہیں نکاﻻ ہے اور (سنو) فتنہ قتل سے زیاده سخت ہے<sup foot_note=294577>1</sup> اور مسجد حرام کے پاس ان سے لڑائی نہ کرو جب تک کہ یہ خود تم سے نہ لڑیں، اگر یہ تم سے لڑیں تو تم بھی انہیں مارو<sup foot_note=294575>2</sup> کافروں کا بدلہ یہی ہے۔
