Surah Baqarah Verse 267 (2:267)

O you who believe! Spend of the good things which you have (legally) earned, and of that which We have produced from the earth for you, and do not aim at that which is bad to spend from it, (though) you would not accept it save if you close your eyes and tolerate therein. And know that Allâh is Rich (Free of all needs), and Worthy of all praise.

اے ایمان والو! اپنی پاکیزه کمائی میں سے اور زمین میں سے تمہارے لئے ہماری نکالی ہوئی چیزوں میں سے خرچ کرو<sup foot_note=294798>1</sup> ، ان میں سے بری چیزوں کے خرچ کرنے کا قصد نہ کرنا، جسے تم خود لینے والے نہیں ہو، ہاں اگر آنکھیں بند کر لو تو<sup foot_note=294799>2</sup>، اور جان لو کہ اللہ تعالیٰ بے پرواه اور خوبیوں واﻻ ہے
